Omar brings over two decades of operational leadership in humanitarian and development programmes across Somalia and the Horn of Africa.
He has served as Deputy Country Director at Inclusive Development Action, Deputy Country Programme Manager at Global One, and held programme and operations roles with World Vision International, the Ministry of Labour, and Norwegian Church Aid.
A certified PMP and Cisco networking specialist, he oversees RCI's day-to-day operations, grants compliance, MEAL systems, and partner engagement — ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to donor standards.
Asad leads RCI's construction division, overseeing delivery from commercial complexes and residential developments to remote emergency facilities in fragile environments.
A hands-on site leader with deep experience in East African markets, he ensures every project meets international standards for quality, safety and sustainability.
He drives precision, cutting-edge design and rigorous HSE compliance across every RCI construction site.
Ali directs RCI's cross-border logistics, procurement and last-mile distribution operations across the Horn of Africa and beyond.
He combines strategic planning with advanced logistics technologies to move goods and humanitarian supplies reliably — even into the most challenging locations.
